At Lyre's, we want you to enjoy every sip of our non-alcoholic spirits, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy for unopened and undamaged products. Due to the nature of our beverage products, we cannot accept returns on bottles that have been opened or consumed.

Email our customer service team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization and shipping instructions.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack the bottles in their original shipping box to prevent breakage and send them back to our warehouse using the provided return label.
